CleverOne was created from a clear vision:

The CleverOne journey
2017
Every company has its own story.
Ours began on a sunny day in June 2017, when a simple question formed in the mind of one of our team members: “How could you make work easier and much more effective?” This question was aimed in particular at the funeral industry in which we worked. At that time, a lot of the software we were working with felt outdated and inadequate.
2019
Over time, the idea grew and it became clear that a new, fresh tool was needed
So, almost two years later, in January 2019, our founders got together. In internal workshops, we collected our visions and ideas and recorded them digitally - because what would be more appropriate for a digitization project than the process itself being digital?
2021
This enthusiasm then took us to June of the same year, when we initiated the first external workshops.
Here, the feasibility of our dream project was checked and the first real building blocks for what would later become CleverOne were defined.
As with any big vision, there were many challenges and learning processes, but in January 2021, we had reached a big milestone: the start of CleverOne programming.
2022
A year of hard work, testing and optimization followed...
... until we finally started the CleverOne beta test in February 2022.
And then, after months of testing, adapting, and improving, the big moment came in December 2022. CleverOne went live and the first customers were able to experience the benefits of our modern software in real time.
That is our story, characterized by passion, perseverance and the constant quest for innovation. We're proud of where we are today and even more excited about everything the future has in store for CleverOne.
2023
Successful start and build trust
In January 2023, the go-live of our companies marked a milestone in the history of our company.
In just the first 11 months, we were able to win over 40 customers who opted for our software.
This vote of trust reflects our commitment to quality and service and reinforces our commitment to continue providing innovative and reliable solutions. We are proud to take this journey together with our customers and look forward to the future that we will shape together.
2024
A year full of milestones
- Over 140 customers: By the end of the year, we have exceeded the impressive mark of more than 140 customers who rely on CleverOne.
- Over 600 active users: Our platform is now used by over 600 active users — a great milestone for us!
- First CleverOne user meeting: In summer, our first CleverOne user meeting took place on beautiful Chiemsee. The exchange with our customers was inspiring and gave us many valuable insights.
- Presence at trade fairs: We were at trade fairs in dortmund and salzburg represented and were able to hold many exciting discussions and make new contacts there.
- Important collaborations: 2024 was also the year in which we concluded several significant partnerships that help us to further develop CleverOne and make it future-proof.
We look back on an exciting and successful year and are looking forward to starting a promising future together with our customers, partners and our great team!
